Terms of Service
Draft for review. These terms are being finalized and may change before Eleutheria's public release.
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Operator: Sigae Intl LLC ("we", "us") [confirm]
These terms apply when you use the Eleutheria app, the website eleutheria.help or its API (together, "Eleutheria"). By using Eleutheria you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. What Eleutheria does
Eleutheria helps you collect, organize and check your own evidence for an immigration filing, and export it for your attorney or for filing on your own. It organizes what you add and compares it with checklists you choose.
2. Not a law firm, not legal advice
- Eleutheria is not a law firm and is not a substitute for a lawyer or an accredited representative. Using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.
- Eleutheria does not give legal advice. It does not decide whether you are eligible for any benefit, which form or path to choose, or what your chances are.
- Information about forms and processes comes from public government sources, is general, and may be out of date. Always check the official instructions and the current edition of each form before filing.
- For advice about your situation, talk to an immigration attorney or a Department of Justice accredited representative.
3. You write your own story
You are the author of everything you prepare with Eleutheria. The app does not write statements or declarations for you: no AI drafting and no law firm drafting on your behalf. You are responsible for making sure that what you file is true, complete and yours.
4. Your content
- Your information and documents belong to you. We don't claim any ownership of them.
- Case notes stay on your device. Documents stay in your own cloud storage. See the Privacy Policy.
- Because we don't keep copies, you are responsible for keeping backups of anything important. If you delete the app or lose your phone, we cannot restore what was on it.
5. Your account
You sign in with an account from a provider such as Google. Keep your phone and that account secure. You may stop using Eleutheria at any time and delete your data as described on the deletion page.
6. Free and paid features
Eleutheria has a free core. We may offer paid features in the future, with their prices shown before you buy. Paid features will never block your access to your own documents or to exports you have already made. [confirm: billing and refund terms before any paid feature launches]
7. Law firm referrals
A future feature may let you ask to be put in touch with partner law firms. It will be optional and off by default. We will share information with a firm only after you choose that firm and see what will be shared. Any relationship with a firm is between you and that firm, and its own terms apply.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use Eleutheria to break the law, to create false or fraudulent evidence, to access other people's data without permission, or to interfere with the service (for example by sending spam through our forms, probing for vulnerabilities, or overloading our servers).
9. Other services
Eleutheria works with services we don't control, such as Google sign-in, your cloud storage provider and app stores. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Early versions and changes
Eleutheria is in early testing. Features may change, break or be removed. We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or on this website before it takes effect.
11. Disclaimers
Eleutheria is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that it will be error-free or that it will meet a particular filing requirement. Immigration outcomes depend on many factors outside of our control.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost opportunities or filing outcomes. Our total liability for any claim about Eleutheria is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
13. Ending use
You can stop using Eleutheria at any time. We may suspend access if someone misuses the service or puts others at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example 2, 3, 4, 11, 12 and 14) continue after use ends.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of the place you live gives you protections that can't be waived. [confirm]
