Your data
Delete your account and data
You can delete your Eleutheria data at any time. Here is what exists, where it lives, and how to remove it.
What Eleutheria keeps, and where
| Data | Where it lives | How to delete it |
|---|---|---|
| Your case notes: timeline, people, journeys, checklists | Only on your phone, encrypted | Uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android Settings → Apps → Eleutheria → Storage. |
| Your sign-in (name and e-mail from Google) | Only on your phone, encrypted | Sign out in the app's Account tab, or uninstall the app. |
| Your documents | Your own cloud storage, never our servers | Delete them in your cloud storage as you normally would. |
| Messages you sent us through this website or the app | Our server, and the e-mail inboxes we answer from | Send the request below. |
Eleutheria does not run accounts on its servers today: the app has no server-side profile to close. Android backups of the app's data are turned off, so uninstalling removes it from the phone.
To remove Eleutheria's access to your Google account, open Google Account → Third-party connections and remove Eleutheria.
